Privacy Policy
This page explains what personal data Score3 may process through the public website, for which purposes, and how cookie preferences related to analytics are handled.
Controller and scope
The controller is Score3, reachable through the contact details published on the website contact page. This policy applies to the public pages of scorecubed.com and to the contact form managed directly by the site owner.
Categories of data processed
- Navigation technical data required to serve pages, ensure security, and diagnose errors.
- Data voluntarily provided through the contact form, such as email address and message content.
- Aggregated traffic data through Google Analytics 4 only after explicit consent for analytics cookies.
Purposes and legal bases
- Deliver the website and protect its security: legitimate interest of the controller.
- Handle contact requests sent by the user: performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the user or legitimate interest in replying.
- Measure aggregate website usage with GA4: consent of the user.
Analytics and consent
Google Analytics 4 is not loaded by default. The Google tag is loaded only after the user accepts analytics cookies through the consent banner or preference center. If analytics consent is refused, the website does not load the GA4 script and does not intentionally write GA4 analytics cookies.
Recipients and processors
Data may be processed by infrastructure providers and by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC for analytics purposes only when consent has been granted. Contact form messages may also transit through the SMTP provider configured by the controller for operational email delivery.
Retention
- Server-side operational logs: limited to the time reasonably necessary for security and diagnostics.
- Contact requests: retained for the time needed to manage the request and follow-up conversations, unless longer retention is required by law or to defend legal claims.
- Cookie preferences: stored locally in the browser until the user changes them or clears site data.
Data subject rights
Users may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and, where applicable, data portability. Consent can be withdrawn at any time through the cookie preference control without affecting processing already carried out before withdrawal.
How to contact the controller
For privacy-related requests, use the public contact channel available on the contact page and clearly indicate that the request concerns privacy or cookie preferences.
Last update: 21 April 2026. This document should be coordinated with the Cookie Policy and the current technical implementation of the consent banner.
